What is the difference between an active user and a data seat?

We price based on two types of users: active and inactive. An active user is someone who will log in to the software and utilize it to host a tailgate meeting, lead a training, complete an inspection, etc. Active users are typically foremen, general contractors, members of the safety team, etc.

Inactive users are data seats. These users will be added to tailgate meetings, training, or JHAs as attendees. They may digitally sign in on the device but won’t typically use the software. This type of user will likely have certificates and training tracked as well. From a compliance standpoint, we’ve built the software to track attendance, acknowledgments, certifications, etc., on a per-employee basis.

How is the service billed?

Our license based solution is bill annually in almost every case. Contracts of certain sizes can be billed monthly or quarterly when automatic credit card payments are set up.

What type of payment do we accept?

AnchoRock customers can pay via any major credit card or by check.

How long will it take to get our account setup?

Our average deployment is around 30 – 40 days (assuming no configuration or customization). Our implementation team will work directly with you to get the initial import of critical data such as users, projects, certificates/training records for users, and safety documents. This timeline is an estimate, please keep in mind that setup times will vary depending on availability.

Will you provide training documentation?

Yes, we will provide you with a how-to portal with step-by-step documentation and videos. For Safety Hub customers, we can schedule personalized training to get you and the rest of your organization up and running.
