A configured solution that digitized critical safety workflows saving foreman roughly 2 hours / month. Submitted foreman safety records are seen in real time and instant verification of foreman safety performance now available. A certification & training platform that saved in-house training team over 10 hours per month. An overall solution that created instant insight into field safety performance.
SOLUTION
Develop a training module that allows the safety team to host training sessions and upon save, all attendees receive training certificate to their profile automatically. Deploy AnchoRock’s Tailgate Meeting, Pre-Task Plan, and COVID-19 Daily Screening to 300+ field foreman for more efficient and effective safety workflows. Leverage AnchoRock’s Inspection and Incident Management tools to better track and analyze jobsite safety data.
CHALLENGE
Three critical challenges identified: (1) tracking massive amount of in-house training was cumbersome and time-consuming, (2) tailgate meetings, pre-task plans, and COVID screening was too paper heavy for foreman, (3) the inspection and auditing process only involved safety and needed a way to include foreman in the process.
GOALS
Work hand in hand with the AnchoRock team to deploy a safety software that provided all the tracking capabilities required of the safety team while also brining an easy-to-use mobile app to the foreman for more efficient field safety processes.
