As a valued member of the Builders’ Exchange, your organization is eligible to access 25 free licenses (a $2,250 per year value) of AnchoRock Cert & Training software to manage and track all things certification and training.

  2. Let the magic happen (we’ll automatically create and setup your account)

  3. Login with the credentials that we sent to your email

RESPONSIBLE FOR MANAGING EMPLOYEE TRAINING?

Once your account is setup, the person responsible for managing and keeping track of employee certification and training within your company can begin issuing employee certifications and trainings. Before you begin this process, we encourage you to setup a free in-person or virtual training session with one of our customer success team members. We will walk you through the basics of the software, answer any questions you might have, and establish any follow up trainings if necessary.

ADDITIONAL SOFTWARE TRAINING

After our initial software training session, we will provide additional training sessions for you or your team to ensure everyone is 100% comfortable with AnchoRock Cert & Training management platform. These additional training sessions are complimentary as part of your Builders’ Exchange membership.

As a member of the Builders’ Exchange of Santa Clara County, your AnchoRock account will be pre-populated with the common training courses offered by the Builders’ Exchange. When one of your employees completes training with the Builders’ Exchange, simply issue the certification/training from AnchoRock to establish the digital record.

IPHONE, IPAD, & WEB READY

AnchoRock's Cert & Training management solution with QR functionality is available on iPhone, iPad, and through the web portal. The iPhone and iPad enable AnchoRock customers to have quick access to scanning employee QR codes and instantly gaining access to that individuals certification and training records.

AUTO-GENERATED QR CODES

AnchoRock's QR code scanning features include the ability to have the software automatically generate a unique QR code for each employee. Once the QR code is generated, a badge or sticker can be quickly created and printed. From the field, users can access employee certification and training records in real-time and without any delay.
